Good Time to buy?

I get a lot of people who asks me

“Now, a good time to buy?”

“Should I wait til 2021? The prices fall?

My answers to them with the utter most honest opinion, work with the information you have and the key individuals who make it happen, by this I mean from surveyors, brokers, builders, letting agents and the list goes on. Surely you can’t go far wrong…

Don’t believe the scaremongers or so called social media experts…

Common sense tells me banks will not lend if they have no confidence in my finished product.
